4. How can investors participate in SWSMG?
SWSMG engages investors on a private, introduction-only basis. Participation occurs either at the platform level through structured GP capital or at the asset level via specific SPVs launched on a deal-by-deal basis. Each opportunity is governed separately, with defined economics, controls, and documentation. SWSMG does not accept retail capital and does not market investments publicly. All participation is subject to suitability, jurisdictional considerations, and formal agreement.
5. Who owns the music after it’s created?
SWSMG retains publishing and master rights to ensure clean chain-of-title and commercial scalability, while sharing backend revenue with composers and artists through transparent, fair-dealing agreements.
